1. Eligibility

• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom or Ireland aged 18 or over, except for employees of Wavey Ice, their families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
• Proof of age and residency may be required from the winner.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit their email address via the designated entry form.
• Each email address submission counts as one entry.
• The competition will run from 14:00 GMT on September 12th, 2024, to 23:59 GMT on October 30th, 2024.
• Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. The Prize

• The prize consists of a £250 Amazon Gift Card and £100 worth of Wavey Ice products, with a total value of £350.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
• The Amazon Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided by the winner.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random using a random draw generator and announced on October 31st, 2024.
• An email notification will be sent to the winner's email address.
• The winner has 30 days from the date of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected at random.

5. Liability

• Wavey Ice does not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reasons.
• Wavey Ice will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant due to entering the competition or accepting the prize.
• The prize is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee.

• By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Wavey Ice. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Wavey Ice's Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK data protection laws.
• Wavey Ice will not share entrants' personal data with third parties.

7. General Conditions

• Wavey Ice reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
• The decision of Wavey Ice in all matters related to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by UK law & Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

8. Age Verification

• The winner will be required to confirm their age upon claiming the prize. If the winner cannot provide valid proof of age, Wavey Ice reserves the right to withhold the prize and select an alternative winner.

9. Tax Implications

• The prize may be subject to taxes as applicable by law. It is the winner's responsibility to report and pay any tax due.

10. Data Publication

• By entering the competition, entrants agree to have their name and general location (e.g., city or county) published if they win, in accordance with ASA regulations.
• If the winner objects to their data being published, they must notify Wavey Ice emailing hello@waveyice.com.
• Wavey Ice will respect requests to withhold such details, but proof of entry and the winner’s identity will still be required to claim the prize.
