If your item meets our eligibility criteria, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, replacement, or refund.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@waveyice.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the item and issue. Our team will be in touch to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unopened or minimally used
  • Undamaged, with the original packaging intact
  • Returned with proof of purchase and within 30 days of receiving the item

Please note: Items with significant damage or excessive use may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm if you’re eligible for a refund or replacement. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the funds.
  • Replacements will be shipped out to you promptly.
